1. Services
NDLCA offers a digital environment including a community, online content, courses, blog articles, and a chatbot (“OTTO”) for self-inquiry.
Depending on membership level, access may include:
Group chats
Member dialogues
Networking events
Business circles
Workshops
Other offerings that evolve based on member needs
Access to specific elements may be subscription-based or offered separately.
2. Subscriptions and Payment
You may choose between a monthly or yearly subscription. Both plans renew automatically unless cancelled in time.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time but remain active until the end of the current billing month.
Yearly subscriptions can also be cancelled at any time but remain active until the end of the current billing year.
Cancellations must be made before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid renewal.
Payments are processed via Stripe.
3. Trial Periods
Monthly plans include a 14-day free trial.
Yearly plans include a 1-month free trial.
If you cancel during the trial, no payment will be processed and access will end when the trial ends.

5. No Right of Withdrawal
Purchases of digital products and access to digital services are non-refundable. No right of withdrawal applies after access has been granted, in accordance with EU consumer law exceptions.
6. Liability
NDLCA aims to provide meaningful and relevant content across all its offerings. While we strive for accuracy and completeness, we cannot guarantee it. All content is for illustrative and exploratory purposes only, and its relevance may vary based on personal and professional context.
You are responsible for evaluating the usefulness of any information and how it applies to your own situation.
NDLCA disclaims all liability for any damage resulting from incorrect or missing information, or from interpretations of content provided through:
OTTO (the direct self-inquiry chatbot) and all other chatbots facilitated by us
Courses, workshops, and other digital products
Community spaces, group chats
Blog content
Coach and professional listings
Any other materials or experiences offered via ndlca.com
All use is entirely at your own responsibility.
7. Community Guidelines
We expect all members to engage respectfully and mindfully. In our weekly dialogues and community spaces, we follow these guiding principles:
We dialogue from self-less presence (whatever that means to us, now)
There’s no teaching, just sharing what we notice from direct experience
No self-promotion or sales activities, unless explicitly invited
Violations may result in restricted access or termination of membership.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided via NDLCA, unless otherwise noted, are the property of NDLCA. They may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
9. Complaints
You may submit complaints by emailing youri@ndlca.com. We aim to respond within 7 working days.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be brought before the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
11. Listings
Our website includes a public listing of coaches and other helping professionals. Being listed is entirely voluntary.
You can request to be unlisted at any time by emailing youri@ndlca.com.
We will aim to remove your information from our website within 10 days of receiving your request.
NDLCA also reserves the right to remove any listing at any time for any reason, without prior notice.
