Forgetting often carries a negative connotation, but is that really fair?
To me, forgetting reveals life’s true beauty. In moments of true forgetting, bliss and flow emerge. That’s why:
– My happiest moments arrived when I forgot about having to appreciate life.
– My most creative and productive moments came after I forgot about having to do something.
– My deepest insights occurred when I forgot about my meditation practice.
– My most impactful coaching sessions happened when the client forgot about our conversations.
Many spiritual seekers strive to constantly remind themselves of their true essence, but this approach doesn’t seem to work. What if, instead, we aimed to forget and live instead? You can’t worry about something you’ve forgotten to worry about. It’s only when you remind yourself that you realize you forgot.
All I have left to say is that I sincerely hope your spiritual journey, and those of your clients, gently dissolve into nothingness.
