Not long ago, I spoke with a woman who was unsure about attending our training on developing unconditional nondual confidence.

She felt she needed a specific goal or expectation to justify attending. Besides her interest, she had none.

Thankfully, not having a specific intention is actually beneficial in this context. A subtle attraction towards something can be much more powerful. It makes you more receptive and playful because there is no personal agenda involved. The open approach transforms your inner search into an effortless and selfless act, leading to a real nondual understanding.
