Joy and freedom can quickly disappear when we think about the business side of things. But most of us do need a financially viable business to share this nondual understanding from. We, Katrijn and Youri, have addressed this so often — in our own work and in mentoring others — that we decided to make business coaching a big part of this training program AND offer it as a stand-alone service. Recently, we introduced what might seem like an impossible offering: nondual business coaching. For us, connecting nonduality to business matters, let alone business coaching, was unthinkable. Youri had a business coaching practice for years. When he became fully drawn to nonduality, he thought he had to let go of all business ideas. It simply couldn’t match. But of course, they have never been truly separated. It’s both interesting, often necessary, and worthwhile to explore.

You might still wonder, “Why do we call it NONDUAL business coaching when business coaching is typically dualistic? Is it to make it sound more spirited, distinctive, or profound?” Absolutely not. Simply adding the word ‘nondual’ to make something seem different wouldn’t make sense. If calling something nondual doesn’t add value, it’s better left out. Otherwise, it would likely lead to unnecessary confusion.

We use the term deliberately. By nondual, we mean that our business coaching is based on our 10 nondual principles. Calling something ‘nondual’ applies not only to our coaching but also to other resources, like the ebook you can download in this lesson.
