Coaching arises from nondual Awareness. The coach embodies this effortlessly, guiding the process naturally.

No judgments are held or shared. There is no correct understanding or right way to coach. Judging only creates separation and hinders coaching.

The coach leverages the coachee’s mental resistance as a resource. This resistance is used to spark deeper insights.

Nonduality embraces paradox, encouraging the mind to relinquish control. Paradox is playful and points beyond conventional sense-making.

Progress is driven by insights, not new information. Nothing extraneous is added. True transformation comes from letting go of knowledge and beliefs.

Conventional coaching focuses on the psychological, working within the mind, personality, and personal development over time. In contrast, self-less coaching operates from aware presence, transcending the individual and conditioned beliefs.

Rather than optimizing the ‘self’ or rearranging the psychological ‘cage,’ self-less coaching moves beyond it entirely. It’s not a method or framework but a paradigm shift in how we show up and engage as coaches.

If you’re dissatisfied with the limited results of conventional coaching, self-less coaching offers a profoundly different and more powerful approach.

For the combined program, you’ll meet with other participants once a week, or twice a month in a separate program. Between sessions, you can use the chat to exchange ideas, share questions, and receive feedback from Katrijn and Youri.

For the combined program, you can pay in full or in three installments. For the art or business of self-less coaching program separately, you can pay in full or in two installments, with the first installment due before the program begins.

  • EU Consumers: The price of the training is subject to an additional 21% VAT.
  • EU Businesses: If you provide a valid VAT number, the reverse charge mechanism applies, meaning no VAT is charged. This mechanism shifts the responsibility of accounting for VAT to the buyer, simplifying cross-border trade within the EU and avoiding the need for the seller to register for VAT in the buyer’s country.
  • Non-EU Customers: The price of the training is VAT exempt as sales to customers outside the EU are not subject to EU VAT rules.

We believe everyone who genuinely wants to join this program should have the opportunity. That’s why we offer three ‘supported seats’ for those in greatest need, like college students on tight budgets or individuals from developing countries with limited income.

We record all our training sessions, so if you miss one, you can easily catch up with the recording. Besides the recording, we also provide transcripts and summaries. Plus, you can ask any questions during a one-on-one call with Katrijn or Youri.

Yes, participants receive a certificate at the end of the program, recognizing their commitment and growth in self-less coaching. While it’s not affiliated with a larger institution, this certificate represents your dedication to this self-less approach.
